We hope these Policies better increase our transparency for our customers!
WARRANTY DISCLOSURE
Sudhaya Furniture warrants that its merchandise to be free from manufacturing defects (workmanship and/or material), and offers a 7 day period from the time of pickup or delivery to report any issues; including any defects, damage, or missing parts. Defects, Damage, or Missing Parts should be reported to our store promptly for remedy-such remedy is bound by issuer’s policies— Sudhaya Furniture makes no warranty beyond what is contained in writing and will advocate your warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf as a courtesy. All warranty periods begin from the date of original purchase of any product. Service repairs and/or replacements, if issued, do not start a new warranty period.
We do not accept returns, but will replace items that have Damage, Manufacturer Defects, or Missing Parts. Please note that cushions on upholstery products will soften naturally with use, and this should be considered normal wear and tear and not a loss in resiliency or a manufacture defect. Should you notice any issues, please return the item to its box or packaging, and contact us with the following information:
In the case of a defect with your item, it will be exchanged for a replacement of the same item. For missing parts, parts will either be mailed to you if possible, or subject to the following options below.
Pick-Up items can be dropped off for exchange or repair if necessary. Alternatively, Pick-up items can be picked up by the store for exchange with the replacement item subject to the current delivery price at the time.
If the item was delivered, the item can be picked up and exchanged for the replacement Item for no additional charge.
Pickup or Delivery needs to be scheduled and completed within 7 days of reporting the defects, damage, or missing piece.
Items are subject to an in-person inspection at the time of item exchange before the exchange will be completed. Exchanges are not applicable to any conditions resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care, damages incurred during assembly or maintenance, or damages incurred by accidents or abuse.
This warranty is made SOLELY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER and is NOT TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances. These limited warranties do not apply to any merchandise purchased “as is”, used, or secondhand. No warranty, expressed or implied, applies to any condition resulting from misuse or abuse, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care, damages incurred during assembly or maintenance, or damages incurred by accidents or abuse.
Careful choice is recommended when purchasing furniture and mattresses with regards to their intended use, purpose, and utility. All of our partner venders are reputable manufacturers and distributors—and all excel as leaders in our industry for their product quality, value, customer service, and dedication to you the consumer. Although unfortunate circumstances do happen in our homes such as unintentional damage and/or excessive wear and tear, please respect the intended purpose of a manufacture warranty.

Sudhaya Furniture disclaim any and all warranties not provided in these Warranty
provisions, including but not limited to express or implied warranties of quality, performance, and/or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
